Small but usefull

For this low price, I was not expecting much. I needed them for a drill press. They actually are of good quality and I was impressed. Armatech is full of good quality stuff at a low price. I have been pleased with my purchases.

V-blocks themselves are pretty accurate. Did have some light surface rust that took some scotchbrite to clean up. The clamps leave something to be desired. Threading is sloppy. One clamp has the hole drilled off axis so you have to be very careful that the work piece dosen’t move when tightening the clamp.

These arrived in excellent condition and are the perfect size for my mini mill (7" x 27" table/ 4" vise). All surfaces are nicely ground and there are no rough or sharp edges. They are well matched as a pair.

These are cheap and inexpensive. The low cost and acceptable performance make these a good tool for a budget minded shop. I would buy nicer if I used these regularly, but I dont. I have not had a need to use the included clamps yet. They seem very light duty and not sure I would trust them in a milling machine. I just use the blocks for quick little jobs that do not require extreme precision. If you plant to manufacture precision parts using V-Blocks I would recommend looking for better. The finish is not perfect but decent, thus four out of five start.
