Armatech Associates Roller Bearing V-Blocks Series AA-3711
The Roller Bearing ‘V’ Blocks are accurately assembled and are precision ground in matched pairs. Four high precision double Z bearings are provided on the top . This facilitates in the inspection of heavy round components. Work pieces don’t get damaged due to bearings. The base plate of roller bearing ‘V’ block is hardened to 55 HRC i 2 HRC.

The 'V’ Block have two 'V’ angles of different sizes to take jobs of various dimention. By means of clamp the work can be held rigidly to the 'V’ Block. The top 'V’ and bottom 'V’ are parallel within ± 3 micron and it's squareness to the end faces and height variation to the 'V Block in a pair is within ± 3 micronIn Built Features: V Blocks are Hardened & Ground to 55 HRC ± 2 HRC. • A precision ‘V’ block hardened at 55 HRC 1 2HRC for the most accurate Tool Room Work. • V-Grooves are ground central and parallel to the sides and base there is perfect alignment in matched pairs. • Holds square or round work. Clamp has tapping holes at 45″ and 90°. • Stepped groove construction permits low or high clamp mounting for small or large work up to a 50mm & 35mm square. • Clamps do not project in the sides , permitting block to be used on base, ends or sides. • I Exclusive features gives it extra utility and versatility not found in other types of blocks.
