We are highly engaged in offering Hardened & Ground ''V'' Blocks to our prestigious clients. Features: Grade A- 'V' Blocks are made from high quality tool steel. Hardened to 55 HRC ± 2 HRC and are precision ground. Grade B- 'V' Blocks are made from closed grain cast iron. The top 'V and bottom 'V are parallel and its squareness to the end faces and height variations in the 'V block are controlled in a matched pair. Supplied with clamps for holding job. Perfect alignment in matched pairs.

• A precision ‘V’ block hardened at 55 HRC 1 2HRC for the most accurate Tool Room Work. • V-Grooves are ground central and parallel to the sides and base there is perfect alignment in matched pairs. • Holds square or round work. Clamp has tapping holes at 45″ and 90°. • Stepped groove construction permits low or high clamp mounting for small or large work up to a 50mm & 35mm square. • Clamps do not project in the sides , permitting block to be used on base, ends or sides. • I Exclusive features gives it extra utility and versatility not found in other types of blocks.
