  • High grade FCO 60 ductile iron body, grounded top and bottom.
  • Bed height matched with multiple vice orders.
  • High alloyed quality resistance steel, case hardened HRC 60 +or- 2 is used in clamping jaws to give high preferences and no wear.
  • Accuracy in parallelism and squareness within 0.02/110mm.
  • Interchangeable jaws plates.
  • Tenon and tenon slots provided for effortless truing of vise on machine table.
  • Hammering on vise handle.
  • maximum clamping force 4000kg.
